Price Match Guarantee

The Tires Plus price guarantee means it's fixed right and priced right.

All Tires Plus Total Car Care guarantees are given by Tires Plus Total Car Care. They are only offered through company-owned Tires Plus Total Car Care stores. These guarantees do not in any way alter the provisions of the "LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICE & PARTS" with regard to the warranty on service or auto parts. Fixed Right Guarantee

Any automotive service work performed by Tires Plus, unless listed elsewhere on your warranty, is covered by a 90 day or 3,000 mile, whichever comes first, guarantee. Should work performed by Tires Plus prove unsatisfactory during this period, work will be done at no charge.

Exclusions and General Provisions

If the automotive repair or service is improperly performed, we will, at the Customer's option, re-perform the work at no additional charge for parts or labor (except as noted in the "Exclusions" section of the "LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICE & PARTS") or, at the Customer's option, refund the Customer's money for the specific service work performed by Tires Plus Total Car Care. This refund is not to be combined with any other offer or used to reduce outstanding debt.

Price Match Guarantee

Our Price Match Guarantee means we'll match any comparable service price, or we'll refund 200% of the price difference on your tire purchase within 30 days.

Service Exclusions and General Provisions

Tires Plus Total Car Care will match the price in any comparable service advertisement and/or bona fide service estimate. Service is defined as parts plus labor. Customer must provide a current local advertisement or a comparable current written service estimate.

Tire Exclusions and General Provisions

This guarantee extends to the Customer, within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, a refund of 200% of the difference between a current locally-advertised lower price on a similar make/model tire and the price of a tire purchased from a Tires Plus Total Car Care company-owned store. Customer must provide a current local advertisement. This guarantee excludes clearances, closeouts, catalogs and internet quotes. This refund is not to be combined with any other offer or used to reduce outstanding debt.
