Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service I was traveling in Orlando when I experienced some car difficulties. I was able to walk in and get great service and as long as I was there they squeezed in an oil change. Thanks so much for the polite and attentive service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome service This particular location was very busy when I stopped in but still took the time to inspect my vehicle. After determining the issue, they stayed late to get me fixed because they didn't feel safe sending me off like that. That was very awesome and kind of them to go above and beyond.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Experience, Long Time Orlando, FL. Customer. Location: 5250 S Conway Rd, Orlando, FL. 32812-2201. Store # 233509. On 4/30/15 I purchased a Firestone FR710 225/60/17 as well has Road Hazard Warranty. The tire also comes with a 65,000 limited warranty. On 5/20/15 I came to the same store because this tire purchased wasn't holding air. Neither of the two warranties covered the work needed to be done for the tire too hold air. I was charged $20.24 for a tire patch. This was Customer Invoice # 123696. The Tire was on a 2011 Lincoln Town Car was backed into a handicap parking spot outside of the store, upon completion. Kurtis had backed it into this spot. Upon arriving back at work, I noticed a large chip in the paint of the rear bumper, as well as a scuff. The bumper was also warped. Upon returning to the store, Kurtis told me he was the one who backed the car out and denied backing into anything;however, there is a handicap parking sign posted in the spot, bent, with black paint located similar in height to the rear bumper of the 2011 Lincoln Town Car. He then proceeded to argue with me about other marks on the bumpers, as if I claimed it was a brand new car and he was responsible for anything else on the vehicle. He told me he would need to report it to corporate AFTER I had received an estimate of the damage, and that, they/you would probably not be willing to pay if the bumper needed to be shot. I wasn't aware that he made those decisions in advance on the behalf of corporate. I had to ask him to put something down in writing that stated that I had even came to the store to claim that he/Tires Plus was responsible for the damage. He wrote up a work order #123709, and stated my claim on the document. I asked him to print it and sign it for my records. I, as well as my family have a long standing history with Tires Plus, mostly the Hunters Creek location, but we started using this location as it is closer to our place of work. This left a bad taste in every ones mouth, considering I had called politely too state I was coming back to the store and needed the damage to be checked out and didn't take it personal. Aside from this, I was upset that two warranties on my tire couldn't cover a piece of bone that had punctured the tire, but the service and how I was handled prior to the incident was of no complaints, I was dealing with Richard who took me pronto when calling last minute.
