Rated 1 out of 5 by from TIRED of waiting. Made online appointment could not honor the appointment. Pushed me off by 2 hours and made me wait 2 hours to have tires put on. No special work or anything. To top it off they through my spare in the truck and bent the carpeted floor board. Photo too big to upload.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saleswoman was outstanding! I'm not one to typically leave "feedback" when it comes to subjects I'm not familiar with, but I feel compelled to do so now. I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. Being in a less-than-desirable financial state, I did a lot of shopping around for estimates. I went into Tires Plus expecting to be treated like an idiot and scared/bullied into getting more than my car really needed. As a woman, this happens to regularly that I can almost see the dollar signs in a salesperson's eyes when I walk in the door and they see me as another easy mark. Firstly, I did not expect to see a woman behind the counter. She greeted me warmly the moment I walked through the door and asked how she could help me. I told her what I needed. Her saw the name "Andi Jones" on her name tag. Secondly, I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was. She wasn't just the "pretty face" behind the counter who answered the phones and let the guys answer the questions. I'm ashamed to admit that I had the stereotypical belief that a woman wouldn't know much about "car stuff." Boy, was I wrong! I told her I was unemployed and that I couldn't afford much, but she took the time to find me the best deal for the tires and alignment. What I appreciated most was that she didn't try to upsell me, as most places tend to do, especially when a woman walks through the door. Andi explained the service I would be receiving and exactly what it would cost. When the service was completed, she carefully went over the bill with me until I understood it. She also mentioned that they had done a "courtesy check" and topped up my fluids. I know this is routine, but I appreciated it anyway. And, because my "check engine" light was on, they had also run a code scan at no charge (another courtesy service.) She gave me a printout of the results and went over them with me, explaining what the codes meant. She told me the price for any further diagnostics and/or services, without trying to scare me into having additional work done. Again, not what I was expecting, based on past experience. Andi treated me with respect and honesty, and it was refreshing to not feel pressured or like they were trying to take advantage of my ignorance about all things automotive. If for this reason alone, I am more than likely going to have Tires Plus address the additional issues as I can afford it. Andi Jones is a great asset to Tires Plus and I hope she will be recognized for her outstanding customer service (and wealth of knowledge.) I have already recommended to friends that they take their cars there as a direct result of Andi. Tires Plus should consider itself lucky to have her.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely Cares of the Customer I recently had to purchase/replace 4 new tires. Not only did the manager beat the online price I was about to purchase but he also was willing to give me a ride to my house instead of having to wait in the lobby, since I was in the local area that they are located in. He also came to pick me up, once the car was ready. There was one slight problem, which was some scratches/minor damage to a few of my rims. But the manager had no hesitation in making this right by having my rims repaired with no charge to me of course. I checked the quality of the minor repairs and I cold not even tell where the damages/scratches were. The store manager (Steve), truly does care for his customer's ultimate satisfaction and this speaks volumes for this franchise and its goal in ensuring all is correct and fair for the customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointed Service on 7/7/15 at store #241560 for right windshield wiper not moving. Very expensive service $458.87 that was put on my Tires Plus card. The wipers and not positioned in sync. I returned the following day and they adjusted the left wiper that was fine but now that wiper does not go to the corner of the windshield and in fact is almost three inches off the corner where it use to cover. So, I went back for a third time that day, 7/8/15, to speak to the manager, Steve and he brought a worker into the parking lot with him. Neither of them could see any issues with the workmanship, and treated me so disrespectfully I just had to leave - "let me know what you want us to do and we will do it" to which I responded you are the professionals and should know how to fix this but again they saw nothing wrong. Then I was accused of becoming hostile and I am confident I was frustrated because they kept repeating there was nothing wrong with the job they had done. Many people have looked at the wipers and agree they are wrong. Poor workmanship. My brother-in-law said I should call corporate and this is all so upsetting I have not but was going to write a letter to corporate and will unless someone responds to this communication. I would like to go to another location and get this corrected. I feel that I can not go back to this store - they did brakes in the spring that are already making noises Too bad this store is very close to my home Very disappointed. I don't even trust an oil change there at this point.
