Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor service Don't Use For the second time in a month Tires Plus at the Mankato location has failed. Had appointment for early morning for 4 tires car wasn't done until 5 pm. They have lost the customer service battle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oil change I have a 2014 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 ltr Hemi. I brought my truck in for an oil change last week. Come to find out, they are at the top of the list for being the most expensive in the area at $49.99. I wouldn't recommend them at this price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These guys are great! I fully recommend going to them! They were super helpful, gave relevant advice, and didn't try to ridiculously overcharge me as a college woman with no background in cars/tires. Overall I was super happy with my experience and pleasantly surprised at the ease of communication.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from needed tires when I went into the store on Sunday I got helped right away. I asked what the cost would be for a complete install of 4 tires. I did not like the price of them doing the complete install. all I can say is if you can remove your tires from the rim and put the new ones on your self you will save $100-$200. I'm more interested in seeing if the tires I bought will last the guarantee.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Up and Down. Oil change, rotation, and tire repair. Service went well but broke my oil cap, took half hour to replace it and offered nothing for my trouble. Made me late getting back to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service in a Timely Manner! Made appt. online & car was taken in for service the moment I walked in. Very helpful staff that got me a quality tire at a great price. 3rd time going here & will definitely recommend them to all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great attention to personal care, but... I came in for an oil change and to also get my power steering fixed. It was distressing and took more than a day because the shop was missing a part, but eventually everything was repaired, and the guys did a great job of making sure I was taken care of even without a vehicle while they were working on it. They're kind and courteous, and pricing is extremely reasonable - I never expect getting price gouged the way I do if I visit other mechanics! However, the day I came home from the shop, my engine was overheating. Not wanting to pay more money to get my car looked at again, I asked a friend, who took a look and informed me that I was out of coolant. We figured that whomever was working on my car had to remove the reservoir and a few other parts to get to the power steering, and when they put it back together they must have forgotten to add coolant again. Frustrating, but I'm glad I caught it before the engine could've blown. It makes me worried what else the guys might have missed. I paid for an oil change, and while my dipstick is clean (I had added oil a few days before I went in to have it fixed), my oil light in the car keeps turning on when I start my vehicle. Could they have forgotten to change the oil and the filter too? I'm not at all angry about this --accidents do happen, but these are ones that could seriously mess with my already aged and frustrating to deal with vehicle.
