I made an appointment online which was super easy but then something came up in my day and I had to change times and they were very accommodating. Even offered to give me a ride back to work. Sandy called to pre approve any additional recommendations which I appreciate. Overall it was great and they did a wonderful job.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Frustrating! I purchased new tires for my daughters car right after Thanksgiving. Within two weeks her tire pressure on one of the rear tires was down. She took the car back to Tires Plus and they put air in and said it was because of the cold air. Within the next two weeks both rear tires were "low pressure". She took her car into the dealership to have the oil changed and we told them to look at her tires as they kept losing pressure. The dealership indicated that both valve stems on the rear tires were bad and that's where the pressure was leaking from. She then took it BACK to Tires Plus and the "General Manager"said the valves were fine. Another few weeks later the rear tire AGAIN was low, she went back to Tires Plus and at that time they did put one new valve stem in but said the other was fine. She asked again are you sure as she was leaving for Phoenix in two days and driving that car. Well low and behold luckily she just got to Phoenix, come out the next morning and had a flat tire. Put the spare on took the flat to get fixed, they said "oh no nail, your valve stem is bad" so YES she had to pay out of her pocket to get it fixed. Weird, how the "General Manager" indicated that both valve stems were fine and both ended up having to be replaced and she has had no problem since! Prior to her getting her new tires I had my son's car in there a few weeks before that for new tires and struts so I have spent A LOT of money with Tires Plus. We have always dealt with a "Nick" before and he was extremely professional and helpful. I will not be going back if I have to deal with current "General Manager".
