Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tires I had my tires replaced . Great tires a little high on price though. Service was good. Took more time then quoted. Said would be ready in 2 hours but took 3 . Salesman was polite and friendly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tire fix - Did not put enough air in tire. I went in for a tire fix. Got in my car to leave and the sensor was on for not enough air in my tire. I told the guy behind the counter and he sent one of the garage guys out. The told me my sensor would go off once I got down the road. I said it would not. I know my car. It did not have enough air in tire. They refused to put adequate amount of air in tire. I had to go to a gas station and put my own air in. I was not satisfied. The sensor then went off. I called Tires Plus and let them know. And I had to wait an hour before the even began the fix.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hide your money Took my truck in for new tires. I had a bunch of quarters in the center console I had just put there left over from the car wash. And I mean I had put them there 10 minutes before going into Tires Plus. After they were done with the truck I noticed all of the quarters were gone except for two. I reported it to the manager but he said the guy on the truck was a real honest guy and would never steal anything. They did nothing. I have done a lot of business with these guys but will never go back

Rated 1 out of 5 by from never again Just terrible service and very disappointed. Fast service is not necessarily the best service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Service Failure On Feburary 12, 2015 I had an oil change in my car at the Rapid City Tires Plus. At the time they gave me a printout that indicated the car needed a 100,000 mile transmission service. On March 20 I returned to have the transmission serviced. The work order evidently did not communicate the job because all the tech did was change the oil in the transmission. He apparently noted a problem because he wrote "100,000 mile service ?" on the work service report. I can not prove this statement because I did not keep the report. Because of this "?" I viewed a few videos about transmission service on my car and find that there should have been a filter changed and that the pan has a metal fragment magnet in it that needed to be cleaned. No one from the business contacted me about the question, just to tell me that the service was done. This is not the first time that I have felt short changed by this business but it will be the last.
