Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Service I went in for a quote and Kim was super in explaining what I needed and broke down the cost. I then scheduled a time to have the work done. I chose to stay while the repairs were being done and Kim kept me informed as to how much longer it would be.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Noise I am very upset with the service I got, I dropped the car off and everything was fine with the car. When I picked the car up with my new tires I noticed a humming sound. I called the store the next morning and explained to them what I was hearing. The guy told me that maybe my wheel bearing was going. I explained to him that when I dropped the car off there was no noise, and when I picked it up there was no noise so isn't it obvious that something happened while they had the car? He told me to drop the car off and they would test drive it and see if they heard anything. So I did and when I picked it up they said that they kind of heard it, but didn't notice anything to bad, they mentioned that maybe the wheel bearing is making a little bit of noise and it would be $300 to repair. The next day we had to drive the car down to Chicago and when you hit 50-55 MPH the noise is very clear and now I feel like I am stuck with this noise now that I have brand new tires. I find hard to believe that I drop a car off without any issues with the car, and pick it up and now I am being told there is an issue with the car. Common sense would tell you that something clearly happened while they had the car, either there is an issue with the tire, or they did something will working on the car. I feel like I am just being blown off now, and being asked to spend another $300 for something that may or may not fix the problem.

Needed a front end alignment they made sure to check the work that had been done at another shop to ensure it was correct as a courtesy. Front end was aligned and showed me how far off it was before and the corrected alignment afterwards . Finished on time and were very courteous I will definitely take my wife s vehicle in for any work needed

I went back to get the camber and caster adjusted because my car does have camber and caster adjustments and recommendations. After that, I noticed that my car pulled to the left like it was not test driven. I was then instructed to bring the car back to get adjusted once more...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So bad it was funny These "TECHS" are funny. My LAST time ever I will ever go there was legendary stupidity at its best. I was in awe. I needed a boat trailer tire, and I was quoted a price of around $55.00 for the tire I needed. "oh yes, we have it on stock" said the tech. Okay, I'll be there in 10 minutes with the tire off of the trailer. I arrived and the tech said "45 minutes or so". Okay, that's reasonable I said. 1 hour...2 hours...nothing! My tire was lying on the grass untouched after 2 hours. I went into the office/shop and asked whats the deal?? "HUH? oh yes your tire is next." No sorry, not even a weak excuse were offered to me for the extreme delay. They finished it up after an additional 45 minutes. Wrong tire on the rim! The tech said "they are just different measurement methods, but they are the same size." Okay, I'll go for that"..being I didn't happen to have a detailed tire crossover chart on me. I get the bill and I'm in the office to pay..looking at the receipt I noticed that the tire was an additional $9 or $10 more that the quote. hmmmm okay then additional $8 for "shop towels" Wow, did they take a shower? Then the kicker...12 bucks for "SHOP TOOLS". I asked "what is this 12 bucks for?" The SNOOTY tech said that that charge is for...get this..."wear and tear on equipment" "Like what I replied?" The genius said "you know for air and such" "AIR?? what do you mean air?" "Well, wear and tear on the AIR COMPRESSOR". Now I am quite angry. I said "you run a tire shop, are you saying if I had brought by own air compressor, you wouldn't have soaked me 12 dollars for kicking on your gold plated air compressor?" If I had to do it again I would have had them pull the tire off, and let them try to take me to court. But I paid the crooks just to get out of that madness. NEVER AGAIN!
