Rated 4 out of 5 by from New tires/ over the time The staff was very friendly and explained everything with details that were understandable to someone who knows NOTHING about cars. The new tires and price matched the ones I picked out online. However, the service took over the 59 minute garantee listed on the website, since I didn't notice it to after I left, I did not get the discount as mentioned on the website :(

When my wife arrived, she was told a different price then what was quoted the night before on the phone. Even though it wasn't the price quoted, they did honor the lowest price we found from another establishment. They even will honor the lower price in the future since we hadn't budgeted to have it all done in one visit.

I had asked if there were any specials/coupons that could be applied to my invoice since I hadn't looked online and there were, and they were applied no questions asked.

They could have told me I needed front and back and I would have done it. This shows me they're honest and have integrity.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok work, slow service I made an appointment for 2 days later, as I had 2 front tires being replaced and down to the steel. I took the appointment, but really didn't want to wait that long to get this done. I was told on the phone it would take 45 minutes-1 hour, which was fine as I thought they told me the maximum time span in case something went wrong. I went to the appointment at 9am, was on time and a NEW customer, waited a few minutes to be checked in, and took a seat. I was not told about the progress of my car at all. An hour and a half later, after sitting on the uncomfortable chairs for that long, I went to inquire about my car, which was finally ready at the same time I approached the front desk. I honestly would think, as a service company, that service is important to the company, but did not see that during my visit. This is a poor standard of service in my opinion, especially with 10 people or so working. I was not impressed and I am sure I will not return.
