Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is what it is Have a lot work needed to car I brought form the Midwest, I went for a oil change and recommendations of work needing to be done... I went back a month later, I had (Inner tie rods, brakes and rotors, tune up system cleanse & two tires) overall I was pleased with the work done. I was very pleased with the young man who assisted me (Harold) he introduced me to the young man who worked on my car they did everything within means to ease my mind being that my car is older. Thanks TEAM

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ugh...waited toooooooo long!! We bought 4 new tires last week, and decided to have the car aligned. When we bought the tires, we were told we could get an alignment for 74.00, but when I stopped in to make an appt. I was told it would be 84. Okay, fine. I made an appt. for 11:00 Monday, and told the service writer I would wait. I asked how long it would take and was told anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the car. Well, I arrived on time, and waited until almost 2 hours. I was never updated, just made to stew in their dirty waiting room. No one explained anything about the alignment, whether it was way off, or not...and the guy who checked me out? Not very friendly. Sorry, Tires Plus, I'm over you...plenty of places in the area to get tires.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Service Knew I needed (2) add'l tires, alignment, rear drum service and a front, passenger cv-axle replacement. Being a woman it's hard to find a repair/maintenance shop that doesn't try to take advantage of you. I asked the tech if while he had my mini-van up on the rack, if I could come out and ask some questions. He said, sure. We went from the front to the rear of my vehicle. He pulled off the cover to the rear drums and showed me how much metal was left; he showed me how bad the alignment was and what it did to my tires; he showed me the gunk coming out of the cv boot from a hole -- so I was able to see with my own eyes what was being recommended and why. I sold cars for a living and told them when I came in I was looking for a one-stop shop for my repairs and maintenance. I was TIRED of driving all over town for tires at one place, the alignment at another and oil changes wherever had the best coupon. They've earned my business because my 11 year old mini-van drives like new. Thank you Tires Plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Respectful Service Personnel Went there for an alignment. Had an appointment, but there was a car on the machine when I arrived so I had to wait a while. When I questioned the remaining wait time, the front desk personnel kindly checked on the progress before giving me a kind, respectful answer. It's nice when customer service personnel behave in that way. It shows respect for their customer's time. Even though my appointment wasn't perfect I will go back because I know they understand how to treat a client.
