Rated 5 out of 5 by from Understanding, Professional, and Accomodating!! Recently, I ended up with two flat tires (that revieled themselves after an awesome Rockies Game). Had the car towed to Tires Plus. Entered the store on a Sunday Morning to find a line. Ryan showed super patience and multi-tasking skills with the line and the phone!! He didn't hesitate to offer help and get me taken care of! The mechanic (Dustin) came and spoke to me about the tire issues (roofing nails...wierd in Stapleton...right)....He was super nice and informative. I ended up getting a new set of tires...(I was overdue) and picking up the car before days end. Thank you to Ryan and Dustin for taking such good care of us!!! We will be back because of your customer service and willingness to help people in situations out of our control!! Thanks a Million!! You both deserve raises :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Costly extra sales, but honest. I brought my Saab 9-3 in for a coolant check after it overheated a mile or so away from the shop. This shop tried to sell me every extra package they could get away with. Brake system check, comprehensive system check (instead of quick check), oil change, replacement caps, etc. I ended up getting the comprehensive system check and an oil change which cost me around $120. The system check revealed that my coolant system had no leaks and held pressure which was useful to know. The very next day, my Saab overheated again. I was really upset that I spent $120 at the shop and the overheating problem was not fixed. Looking under the hood, I discovered that my oil cap was missing. On Saabs, the dipstick is part of the oil cap, and the dipstick was the only thing covering my engine. Incensed, I went back to the shop to inquire about my missing oil cap. The technician brought out a copy of the inspection sheet (the same one I was given the day prior) and it showed in the comments that the technician had discovered the cap was missing during the initial check. This was MY fault for not noticing this on the inspection sheet. I apologized and left the shop. After some reading on the internet and a call to my mechanic, it was determined that my Saab needed a new thermostat. I picked a replacement part up and installed it myself in a hotel garage for a total cost of $35. BOTTOM LINE. This shop is honest, but they will try to charge you for every additional service they can. This shop is not a mechanic shop, but they do high quality service on maintenance. In retrospect, I was more upset about how much money I spent on services at TirePlus that I did not need, instead of being upset with TiresPlus themselves. If your car breaks down, you should search the symptoms online, call your mechanic, and then form a plan of action. Car breakdowns are stressful and need to be dealt with using reason and a clear head, not by taking your car to the first shop you come by desperate for a fix. I could have fixed my car by myself for $35 dollars, but instead I panicked and took it into TiresPlus, spending $120 I did not need to. In the future, I would use TiresPlus for tire replacement and nothing more. They were POLITE, HONEST, and good at what they do. If you take your car to TiresPlus, you're going to be charged for the work done on your car, so assess what you need done and ask them to perform only those services so you are not sore about a costly bill. I WISH TiresPlus could have brought to my attention that my thermostat could be bad, but this was out of the scope of the technical abilities of the shop so I cannot hold them liable for not mentioning this.
