Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service! We lost a lug nut after a recent visit and were afraid to drive the car. The service manager came to our house and inspected the tire and reassured us that the other lugs were tight, also went back to the shop and repaired faulty tire sensor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience i had tires delivered to them and made an appointment for my wife to take her BMW 5 series in. She was really pleased with the courtesy and service she received and the bill was slightly below what we estimated. Since installation, we have both driven the car and are extremely pleased with their work. Great shop!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very understanding and willing to help. Rob in Warminster listens to your concerns and is very helpful. He doesn't treat females like we don't know what we are talking about. Reasonable prices.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trustworthy?....not sure Generally, my experience at Tires Plus has been good. However, recently, I'm not sure I got the most quality trustworthy service. I took my vehicle in about 1 month ago to diagnose a screeching noise my vehicle was making while in motion which would go away if I tapped the brakes. They told me the noise I was hearing was related to budget tires I had on there and recommended 4 new tires which I purchased and had them install. The next day I was still hearing the screeching noise and took it back in. They could not reproduce the noise and told me to come back if I heard it again. A week later I brought it back in along with a video recording I made on my phone so they could clearly hear the noise I was referring to. They then inspected the brakes and told me I could possibly use front brakes which they had last done in October 2013 but also said they believe the front brakes are still safe to drive. They said the rear brakes (which they had just installed in March 2015) were in good shape. I decided to get a second opinion at another garage a couple of days later. The new garage told me the front brakes were fine (about 45% life) but the left rear inner brake pad had no pad remaining. They told me since the pads were unevenly wore in the rear, it was most likely the result of a faulty caliper. So my question is why is TiresPlus telling me the front brakes (and rotors) could use changing while another place is telling me there is still 45% life on them? Also, why was TiresPlus telling me the rear brakes (which they just installed March 2015) were fine, while the other garage was telling me the left inner pad was completely worn down? Not to mention, TirePlus got me to buy 4 new tires to fix a screeching noise I was hearing but continued to hear once the new tires were in place??? I'm very disappointed with the whole experience this past month. It just seems like they said the rear brakes were fine because they just did them in March 2015 and didn't inspect like they said they did. They simply assumed since the front brakes were done October 2013, they must've needed changed. Simply put, it was a careless assessment on their part and only would've continued to cost me more money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My Tire Plus Exp! I had the fuel injectors flushed and the tires balanced and so far no issues with that service. I do have 1 complain was the vehicle inspection they did where a battery test was performed and I am guessing they removed the battery from the car. The auto dimming interior and head lamp features of the KIA optima no longer works

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Miserable employees!! tires wore out at less than half the warranty period, I realize this isn't the fault of tires plus, but the service received trying to get them to use the warranty was like pulling teeth! Never again!!
