Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extreme Disappointment I took my van to purchase two new tires. The tire pressure sensor light was on, so I also requested that the other two tires be looked at for possible leaks. The following day, the sensor light came on again. I took the car back and asked whether they had looked at the other tires for possible leaks, and they said they had not . . . could not remember that I made that request. They rechecked the tires and found a screw in a place that made the tire non repairable, so I had to purchase another tire. The following day, the sensor light again came on. I returned to let them know that there was still a problem. They checked the tires and reported that all of the tires were off by several pounds and once they were adjusted, the sensor light turned off. The following day, the sensor light again came on. I again returned, pretty unhappy at this point, to have them look at the tires. This time, they announced that they had found that there were 5 lbs of excess pressure in one of the tires, and that it was probably caused by one of their gages having a problem. No regrets were expressed on their part at any point during this experience. The one individual at the front desk that attended to us, however, was courteous and attempted to explain away our obvious dissatisfaction. Hope never to return unless it's to receive service for the alignment agreement.

I took my car in for an alignment because they had a deal that beat the competitors price and duration of the warrantee, customer service was great with the person I was dealing with. Less than a week later I called to talk to the same person to have 2 tires installed. He was off that day so I dealt with another technician. I was quoted a price over the phone that seemed reasonable and comparable to other businesses. However when I went to pay they were charging me almost double. The answer I got was they quoted me for installing one tire. Instead of agreeing that there was a miscommunication, (I wasn't even looking for an apology or anything like that) I was met with resistance and felt like they were placing blame on me. I told them it was unfortunate to lose a customer over something so small, and the response was "yep, sure is". I went to this location because of it's close proximity to wear I live and the competitive pricing on the services I needed. However, the way you treat people goes a long way...Likely won't be returning for anything other than warrantee work on my alignment.

Ken is an excellent honest person to work along with all the mechanics . Craig is a top notch mechanic who I also trust ans has never ripped me off . I give them 5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will never go back there ever again I went in to get the air leak in my tires fixed, they reassured me several times that there was no leak in my tires and that it was my sensor that was wrong. I explained to them that my sensor worked fine, as I've replaced the air pressure in my tires using a 3rd party tool that also tells me how much psi is in my tires, and the values in my car's gauge and the values in the tool always match. The guy said he wouldn't investigate the air leak in my tires unless I bought his sensor. After purchasing the $200+ sensor, the guy reveals to me that the machine they need to calibrate the sensor to work correctly is broken, and has been out of service for a month. Now my sensor REALLY doesn't work, and it's brand new. This location is more concerned with earning their commision and meeting their sales quota's more than they are about helping their customers. I went to TiresPlus to get the leak in my Tires fixed, not to be sold a product I didn't need, in order to be given permission to have my tires fixed.
