Rated 4 out of 5 by from Okay but...... ....don't fall for the old "your vehicle is 2 quarts low on oil" trick. I didn't as I already knew what my oil level was the previous week and this week and the following weeks--I am one to check my oil when getting fuel. I couldn't give a good rating for any kind of professionalism because as a customer I shouldn't be subjected to 'internal personnel issues'..(ie..if you are covering for another or you have unreliable staff in general--none of my business; don't care to hear it!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Superfluous Charges Took my Jeep for a checkup on a light issue, thinking I would be charged for diagnostics. The Tech told me it was not necessary and fully explained why. This was a very pleasant surprise as most places wouldn't do this and charge you anyways. Great folks here!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need more attention to details. The employees were friendly and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner. I was told my coolant had been checked and I should flush it soon. After I picked up the car I went straight home (3 blocks away) picked up the family to go see a movie. My car ended up over heating and spewing water everywhere. When the car cooled off enough to check the cap was found not all the way tightened. So after getting more coolant and placing the cap correctly on, I have not had any further problems. I did not contact the store because I believe it was a genuine mistake but it does make me nervous to go back to that location.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WOnderful and Friendly When I took my car to their shop when my battery wasn't working, they were happy to wheel it into their garage and keep it overnight until their specialist came in seeing as I dropped my car off in the evening hours. They gave me a courteous call to know everything was alright and made sure all my other systems were running smoothly at no extra cost. Would recommend them to anyone!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Took forever I was here a couple weeks ago for a standard oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 3 hours to get my car back AND I had made an appointment prior so I wasn't just a walk-in. Like most places, when my car was finally done, I was told a long list of issues with my vehicle that were all made to sound like "asap" fixes. I took my car to the family mechanic the following week for a quick check of a few of the supposed issues only to be told that nothing was really wrong with it at all.
